a singular view

I purchased my first serious camera in 1980 and began a journey which continues to combine the mind’s eye of a curious observer with a passion for the natural world. Photographers who have influenced me along the way are equal parts artist and skilled technician. Regardless as to how I capture an image, a sense of satisfaction is achieved through the sheer enjoyment of the adventure and challenge of accessing a location and entering as observer. Photography has given this “escape artist” a private sanctuary.
